Setting up Loyalty Programs
Incentivize repeat business by setting up an automatic loyalty point system across all your branches.
Configuring the Loyalty Engine
Go to Settings > Loyalty Setup in the Admin Console.
You can define how points are earned:
- Spend Based: E.g., Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Product Based: Assign specific point values to certain items (e.g., Earn 50 points if you buy a tempered glass protector).
Then, define how points are redeemed:
- Choose a redemption ratio (e.g., 100 points = $5.00 discount).
- Set minimum thresholds (e.g., Customer must have at least 200 points before they can redeem).
Using Loyalty at the POS
At the point of sale, when a registered customer is attached to an order:
- The cashier sees the customer's current point balance directly under their name.
- If they cross the redemption threshold, a Redeem Points button illuminates on the payment screen.
- If requested, tapping the button dynamically converts the points into an order discount.
