Guest Mode & Kiosk Features

CrazyPOS supports a specialized "Guest Mode" which essentially turns your POS terminal or an extra tablet into a customer-facing self-service kiosk with an integrated AI Chatbot.

What is Guest Mode?

Guest Mode locks down all administrative and sales staff features, presenting a clean interface geared toward the customer. From the Guest Mode, a customer can:

• Browse the store's product catalog and check current stock.
• Interact with the AI Customer Service Bot.
• Self-book a repair time slot.
• Check estimated Trade-in prices for their device.

Enabling Guest Mode

1. From your main POS screen, tap the User/Profile icon at the top right.
2. Select Switch to Guest Mode.
3. The interface will transform into the kiosk view. The AI chatbot will initialize and greet the customer.

Exiting Guest Mode

To prevent customers from accessing the backend, exiting Guest Mode is PIN protected.

1. Tap the hidden lock/staff icon located at the corner of the kiosk screen.
2. Enter a valid Staff or Manager PIN to unlock the terminal and return to the main sales screen.
